I really enjoyed my time time today at Cardiff Castle with Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and helped myself and my friend (both Deaf) to understand all the information at the castle - which made it much more enjoyable. Thank you very much Sarah!

I really enjoyed the tour. It was something new for me. We looked at memorial I had passed many times before but don’t realise there more things like example faces and ship etc.
Also would like to add that me Deaf person felt inclusive, accessible sign language good to use. Some information quite new to me.

I think this Guide was very inclusive when she took us on her tour today: we had a young deaf person with us and she was able to talk, explain and answer questions continuing to sign for our friend. She made sure he was close to her when she was giving her speeches and when she elicited feedback questions from us, she didn't forget to translate these for him as well.
